There are so many great meat replacements at Trader Joe’s! Personal fav is the king pao cauliflower (not extremely healthy but just so tasty and easy/good way to get more veggies in when you are cutting back on meat!)

I love that Matte CC Cream and setting spray. I mix the CC cream with my Clinique foundation for better coverage and it still feels light on my face. Also, thank you for reminding me to order more setting spray! Any other easy and healthy dinner ideas? I recently graduated from college and now teach two year olds working essentially 10 hour days counting after school care, I get home between 6:30 and 7:00, and I don't feel like cooking practically at all. That cold brew from Trader Joe’s is my fav too, but I feel like they never have it in stock when I go! They also have the same kind in cans which I also have and are great for on the go. I would bring them with me on the train to my internship every morning and they were nice for when I didn’t want to have to lug a to go cup around the city.

If you don't want to use dressing on your salads, you can just do a little olive oil, lemon, and apple cider on them. It's soooo good and so much better than plain lettuce.
