Have BF complain to the landlord that you can't run a hairdryer and have lights on at the same time because they are tripping the electrical panel. Landlord has too many outlets on that circuit.

we went back and forth w our landlord the first couple weeks we moved in! the way the basement was wired in the renovation completely screwed up the home so we found a temp solve bc we weren’t willing to relocate for them to fix!!
