These streams are so helpful! I don't suppose there's anyway to get the video chapters added for each pomodoro? I love the chats but sometimes I come back to these and want to get going straight away and struggle to find the start and end of each session. I finally ordered some stimagz and I AM OBSESSED AND I LOVE THEM! I use them at work and I work as a cashier and sometimes it gets really slow and boring and i love them! And all my coworkers love them too! And they steal them from me like butts 😂

Thanks again for doing these streams. I'm going to do housework again. I used the last 25 minutes to clean the kitchen and next I will take tidy all the living room surfaces. I want to do it fast to avoid getting stuck in the details! Let's goooooo

Wooww that was super fast! Got much done, but also feeling really tired now lol... Next I think I'll wipe the surfaces and vacuum. It'll make a big difference. I really want to do a little decorating too, cause I think that will refill my dopamine. I need a strategy to be able to quick tidy... Maybe more bins?

Aaaaa the living room feels SO much more like a livable space! Not sure if anyone's reading this, but do you also get in your head about how clean is 'clean enough'? Like you could go on forever dusting and disinfecting, depending on how much stuff you have ... I don't care about being super clean, but I wonder where the peak of effectiveness is, before it becomes less useful to your health and wellbeing and such... Anyway, I could continue here, but I really should make a big change in the upstairs. I might decorate one little shelf to makeyaelf happy now... And than move on to another stream.

Love these so much, dear! Thank you! As a quick heads up, “chai” already means tea, so you can just say chai latte or chai when drinking that kind of spice mix tea, no need to add “tea” to the end cuz it’s redundant (it’s mislabeled in a lot of American/Canadian products/tea shops). “Chai” even means tea in Russian (my first language) but the term originated in China or India, that part I don’t know.
