I have adhd. I keep tools in my bed so then I don't have to worry about not knowing where they are and stuff. Also I understand me talking as a child with adhd severely am severe autism and dyslexia can never fall asleep

Caring for babies/toddlers, medical experience, personal experience, etc. has helped me understand that washing doesn’t have to be done all at once. Hair, face, and hands up to elbows can all be washed in the sink (use a drain cover to catch hairs). Armpits can be taken care of with a washcloth and a good, strong, antibacterial soap of some kind, also in the sink. Privates and bottom can be managed quite well with baby wipes; that’s what they’re intended for, after all! Feet can be soaked/washed in a foot bath, or just any container big enough to put water and feet in. Voila, no need to even get in the shower/tub most of the time! (Like, unless you fell in mud or got sprayed by a skunk or something! 😬)

This is so perfect. Thank you. I'm actually going to do this. Question though, how many items did you list for each tier? Btw, Im eating a turkey, cheese, lettuce, carrot, onion, buffalo ranch wrap in a grain free tortilla rn. The lettuce grows in a kiddie pool on my patio just outside my back door(dumped a packet of seeds and hoped for the best), the carrots were peeled weeks ago and left in a ziploc bag...all I really had to do was toast my tortilla and slice up a quarter of a purple onion that was already in the fridge. I try to wash and prep my produce as soon as possible after buying it so I'll actually use it when I have no energy.

I'm pretty sure I have ADHD. I've done hours research on it and compiled loads of evidence as to how I experience each symptom and how it's been present my whole life. Me and my mum were gonna go to my GP last year to talk about possibly getting me tested, but then my dad shattered that by doing his own research and finding smth that said that it was bad to get diagnosed as a teenager because lots of teenagers experience SOME symptoms of ADHD and are impulsive and I can't be that different since he experiences much of the same and I'm not always hyperactive (at least not around my parents... I mask a lot) and they'd have to try find evidence from my childhood that would be too hard (I don't understand it's so obvious but he seems to think everything that could be a symptoms is just normal kid behaviour and doesn't count...) so ig I'll have to wait till either my symptoms get even worse and worse and I can convince him to agree, or I'm an adult and have to pay my whole paycheck and try convince the doctors of my evidence that I've known since like age 13 when I first started researching ADHD... :C

You really got me with finding the duck in the description dude. Also, loved this video, it was extremely helpful! You taught me more about how I process (or don't) information and I'm definitely going to try out the "personal podcast" thing!

I always thought I needed one routine and if I just force myself to get the energy to do it all then I would feel great. This video was great, I never thought of doing different routines depending on my energy and being a mom of a toddler I always felt horrible when I just didn’t have any energy at all to do all the things I planned to do for myself and my daughter.
