I worked in a factory sewing for 15 years and all the women around me dealt with the same problem and had surgery and they couldn’t understand while I did have problems and one of the older ladies in the department told them because I was wearing a lot of copper bracelets and copper helps the joints. I wore them for fashion because I was young then and didn’t have a clue about that. I am 75 now and still sew, embroider and craft and I honestly have no joint issues. I have pure copper necklaces, rings and bracelets that I wear from time to time. Check it out sweetie you’re to young to have to go that.❤❤

Usually don't comment on anything, however I felt compelled to share. I went through the same thing and they offered me surgery and I declined. I use the 3M futureo black wrist brace and take vitamin d. The only time my wrist hurt now is when I don't use my brace for computer work or when I DTG print all day. I hope you try this and I hope it helps. 😊

Hi Angela! The same thing happened to me after giving birth to my daughter. My thumbs and wrists were so weak I couldn't pick her up. It corrected itself after a few months and never happened again. She's 16 now. 😁

Great job, Beauty! I had an amazing chiropractor once, who gave me a trick for my Carpal Tunnel: Tape your hand together, pinkie to thumb, each night (your hand is kind of folded like a taco). I was allergic to tape so I made little sleeves out of ace bandage, to keep my hands folded. Sleep like this, each night, for 30 days. This was a MIRACLE for my hands and they haven't bothered me since...and that was 20 years ago! Hang in there and keep on keepin' on!

Hi Angela, I’m thinking you have De Quervain tenosynovitis. I had surgery for it in April after PT did help. I could not use my Might Hoops 😭

I've used those folding boards forever 2 sizes big and bigger. But I have yet to find cellophane I can use to put them in, they are all hard to close I can never get the strip off to close the bags😅😅😅. Love these videos as always ❤️

Find some good castor oil that is hexane free. Works wonders for pain and healing. Healed my son's sprained ankle in days and ready to be back on the football field. You can rub in it and wrap it for overnight. I also have carpsl tunnel in the top of my have for typing so much for years. It really helps. Or also just rub it in leave it. Best of luck to you. ❤

Sorry your hurting!! If at all possible please avoid the carpal tunnel surgery! I have had multiple surgeries on my hands and still have problems, if you have splints use them at night . Rest your hands as much as possible!! Blessings to you and your family Angela I'll be praying for you🙏🙏. Enjoy your weekend....

acupuncture would be good for that. I would try that before Surgery. It really helped me.

I did notice some of the designers with CF and they’re also on Etsy that they put the two small sizes of a on CF and put all the design sizes on Etsy, which is totally unfair

Repetitive motion causes it. Just take some time doing other things like you are here. give it time. As you get older these things come and they don't go away. You just need to change habits for a bit.

Silicone parchment paper for DTG printing, so it doesn't stick to ink on shirt. Love that you are uploading videos again. I miss the old days when you used to go live. Hope you feel better after therapy, I bet it's all years of cutting applique and threads. ❤

Not sure if your breast feeding which could lower your nutrients but it sounds like your body is inflammed. I would check your diet and remove as much acidic foods like that dunkin coffee lol and go veggies and fruits for a month and see if any change.

With the issue you're having with your carpel tunnel. They say B12 helps. Have not tried it. But It might be worth a shot.

I have lost the use of my thumbs, due to delay of carpal tunnel surgery. The surgery finally was done 20 years ago, but at the time the DR informed me that waiting 3 years from time of diagnosis, I caused a lot of damage. The delay of surgery was not my doing, I could not get worker's comp to agree to the surgery cost because my employer kept fighting it. I still receive worker's comp to this day for the damage done. Please not trying to tell you what to do, but don't delay too long on the surgery, you will lose hand strength. I am 73 years young and am really realizing that when this situation arose due to work complications, the delay of surgery is now causing lots of problems and there is nothing anyone can do now to correct the problems. As I said, I am not trying to tell you what to do, but please from experience, don't delay the surgery too long. Blessings to you and your Family. Love your videos even though I do not use my BN20 or do pressings any longer. I also wear Mueller wrist hand braces, they help somewhat, but I still do not have full use of my thumbs. I run a huge mongoose dtf printer at work and the dtf printers are soooo much work . Literally if you’re not ready to print right away the print head needs cleaned and nozzle checks . These printers aren’t just ones you can fire up and print and I’ve learned that real quick lol 😂 and it needs babysitting.
