Problem is workaholics push others to be workaholics… if you dont then you lose your job. Its very prevalent in today’s world. And in this economy you need to have a job to pay bills. The top guy gets the benefits and those under them are their “every day slaves” who are getting compensated unfairly. If you call them out you are likely to be unemployed is reality. In this world, everything is upside down… 😢

I agree wholeheartedly with everything you said. I’m working a corporate job, been there for six years, I’ve worked hard and contributed to the company the best that I can but I’ve gotten nowhere. I like my work life balance but I do feel scrutinised and pressured a lot to be almost perfect and work harder.

@@dhills9055 They will work you to death and reality its rare to be compensated fairly… I saved millions of dollars reward was being pushed to the bottom with the rich CEOs taking credit, piling me with work and I ending up in the ER from stress. It’s a no win… God is bigger though it all makes me “Puke” sick!!! You are either dishonest and greedy to get ahead or you get beat up… thankfully, Im still surviving… it is exhausting… 🥲
