How to move and modify parts in a CATIA v5 assembly

Do you know if I can download a database of some components with which I could practice the assembly? I do not have enough patience to build each component ...

When I move a part...all other parts of the component move. How can I fix that? I tried using the compass...but there are 5 other components to the assembly that all move together.

@@workbenchstuff I wish I could, but NDA blah blah blah. I have another question. Is there a way to measure the angles between two points in the Y & Z directions? I tried measure tool and broke it down into components. But it doesn't tell me the angle between them. I also tried placing planes where the two points are...but that doesn't work well either. Please help.
