That blaster is absolutley beautiful. I've always been a huge fan of winchesters and this is damn near perfect. Definitely excited to see you put in the metal gears. If possible you should do a target range test to see how accurate you can get. Ik that's a long shot for nerf when it comes to accuracy but itd be cool to see.

Might have to grab a Slingfire and a kit now, would be a nice fun alternative to my Caliburn that'd be gentler on the younglings I play with lol. On a side note you might be seeing a friend of mine weilding Fenrir at Afterworlds this year :D Fenrir being a Stryfe I built that was featured along with my "Winter Wyvern" build a few months ago. Fenrir's paint is basically finished, finally.

Neat to see you got your hands on this too. I had wanted to suggest it after playing around with mine, but figured you probably had a queue of stuff to work through already. In my experience the kit likes ACC3 darts about 21fps better than Worker darts, though I've used both the pt padding/deadspace removal ring from the "normal" upgrade kit as well as filling deadspace in the plunger head with bits of sacrificial Elite. It'll also shoot Elites surprisingly well if you hand feed them in, funny enough.

Sounds like this kit works with talon mags instead of katana styled ones. I've heard that they sit pretty far forward in their adapter.

Winchester or Henry 45-70 (both are lever-action but the Henry shoots a more powerful cartridge called 45-70 and holds 5 in a tube mag under the barrel)

Zero Blade talon feeds in everything. Katanas don’t work with worker breaches

@@ghastgamer3604 I get about 13-15 darts per second on my triple Kraken auto Stryfe with a pusher kit I printed. You should get about the same depending on the pusher kit you use.

Tungsten exe has a 3d printed half profile mag adaptor on thingiverse. (I also uploaded a 'universal' version of them so hopefully that works, nobody has given me any feedback about it :/) They have a slightly forward (for springer) and fully forward (for flywheeler) position for the mags.

The metal pieces seem like they're from a Retal kit, but from what I can tell, the breech "coupler" piece is actually cut down from Worker's Longshot kits. Shame it's not a drop-in piece, but hey at least it's available and pretty cheap if you know where to look.

I'd recommend an EzE mag adaptor. They are forward shifted and he now has ones that take both katanas and talons. And they are beautiful adaptors, I really need to get another one. Also I wouldn't bother with a scar or rifled barrel under 180fps. Short darts are generally more accurate than full lengths under that without the attachment so the loss of fps isn't always worth it.
