Have them send me one to use in one of my commercial/state buildings 4-6 hours a day 5 days a week for 4+ years. If it's still working as well as my Shark Rotators I'll buy a dozen 😏👌

Lmao. These workhorses are commercially built products. Shark vacuums are Chinese made, mass produced garbage. I used to throw away multiple sharks a week when I was the GM of a vacuum store.

On top of that, sharks have nylon bristles in their brush rolls which actually damage carpet. So not only are you picking up (some) dirt, you’re ruining your customers carpet.

Amway CMS 2000 is an amazing vacuum! I got half a dust bin after my brother used his $1200 Dyson. They’re the best by far.

I felt so happy with my shark. I can't believe something else out there is better. Now I feel like I wasted my money.

My father owned a carpet cleaning franchise here in Sydney back in the early 90s. Most other companies were using Kirby machines. Dad bought a Amway CMS1000 and one of the biggest points was being able to show the customer what came out of the carpet just in the pre-vacuum.

That's exactly right. People can debate all day long on whether the Workhorse pulls more soil than other vacuums although in my opinion it does an excellent job and really seems to pull more of the fine soil from carpet. But along with that, I want my customers to see what I'm getting out, especially after they already vacuumed.

I'm liking it more and more. It is a really good vacuum in my opinion, maybe not the best ever, but definitely up there. The thing I like best is when the customer sees what the Workhorse got out after they already vacuumed. It can be argued that a lot of vacuums could still get more soil out, but, the high visibilty of soil being removed combined with a vacuum that most customers have never seen before helps creste a positive moment of truth in the job I'm doing.

All American Mack I am right there with u man! I own a carpet cleaning company in Nj and I have to say I use it for the same reasons. I do believe direct air high cfm vacuums like the sanitair or royal metal will out clean it pass for pass but like you said it is def up there in performance!

No matter what vacuum you use, as long as it's a decent one, you can vacuum up after the Workhorse and still get more out as well. It's an old vacuum cleaner salesman trick it's been around since the beginning of the vacuum

No doubt there's always more soil no matter which vacuum is used. I remember getting the Rainbow demo some years back where they make 50 passes in an area with your vacuum then pick up more with the Rainbow, impressive looking for sure. I should have went back over it with my vacuum after they were done lol.

I’ve done this on a home carpet with an almost new animal dyson (one of the ones marketed toward removing animal hair lol) and then did the carpet immediately after using a 2+ year old shark that had been used in a retail location and the shark took so much more dirt out. I’d like to see what one of these commercial grade vacuums would do 🤯

No doubt there's always going to be more dirt that can be removed even when using the best vacuum. Have you ever had a Rainbow vacuum cleaner demo? They let you go over a small area 50 times with your vacuum then go over it with the Rainbow and still pull more out. Now do I think the Rainbow is a better vacuum? Not really. It's good but cumbersome and way overpriced. Back to the point though. I think it all ends up being an exercise in best effort. Vacuuming with a quality vacuum on a ---> regular basis & slow passes

All American Mack if I still lived at my old place I’d have to get the workhorse, carpet in every room except the kitchen and bathroom, but I’ve got five cats and three kids 😂

IMO, you could vacuum the floor again with the Workhorse and get as much dirt out again, especially if the person did not own a shark, used it infrequently or had a whole house vacuum system,
@AllAmericanMack
@AllAmericanMack 4 жыл бұрын
I don't know if the same amount would come out again, but I do agree that there is always more in the carpet. I usually try to adjust my speed to how much and how fast the dirt is collecting in the bin. My wife was vacuuming in this video and she was moving a little quicker than I would have been on this job but my goal is to get out as much as reasonably possible. Plus, the Workhorse is a great visual and impresses the customer when they see all that dirt being pulled out.

Going way too fast over the carpet. You'd get better results moving slower.
@AllAmericanMack
@AllAmericanMack 5 жыл бұрын
I think you are right in the sense that there is always more that can be removed, but at what point does it become diminishing returns? This was my wife vacuuming and generally she does move a little quicker than me, but it depends on the situation. Also don't forget that this carpet had already been vacuumed before we arrived.

honestly I would love one of those vacuum cleaners for my house but I can't justify spending the $600.

They are $429 on their website and I know they run specials sometimes also. There are also resellers who sell them for about $400. The one I bought mine from unfortunately doesn't sell them anymore though. Still pricey but worth it in my opinion.

I doubt it was really even vacuumed. I think some customers say that so they won't feel embarrassed by what y'all pick up as a cleaner and if it was then it wasn't recent lol
@asmruok513

I'm gonna say I agree, bc so many cleaners use the shark after homeowners say "they've vacuumed" and the shark still gets quite a bit out. That amount of dry soil tells me no one vacuumed prior

Perhaps the vacuum itself was clogged and in need of cleaning, thus reducing the suction power.
@AllAmericanMack
@AllAmericanMack 4 жыл бұрын
It certainly could have been clogged, or maybe they even just quicly vacuumed and didn't do a thorough job,, I just know they said they had vacuumed before we arrived.

So, how do we know if a shark vacuum was even used?!? Sure didn’t see any previous vacuum lines in carpet. With that said, if you was to use the shark before the workhorse in the same video it would be better showing for the workhorse. Good video tho.
@AllAmericanMack
@AllAmericanMack 3 жыл бұрын
I can only go with what the homeowner told me (and I know some tend to lie) but I did believe them because they were truley shocked that the Workhorse pulled that much out of the carpet after they vacuumed. This video was a good while back so I don't remember for sure the timeframe of when they vacuumed but I *think* they had vacuumed the night before after they had moved furniture out of the rooms. Maybe in the future I'll try to do a video showing vacuuming with a Shark or Dyson then follow up with the Workhorse.

Your back! Nice video! Ghost hunting on Halloween?
@AllAmericanMack
@AllAmericanMack 5 жыл бұрын
There is nothing I would rather do than go ghost hunting on Halloween, or really, ghost hunting anytime! Unfortunately, my parents always have a small party on Halloween for the kids after they get back from trick or treating so that's where I'll be. Believe it or not, I am ALWAYS looking for new places to ghost hunt locally but many times they just don't work out due to lack of access (I don't want to get arrested lol) or our work schedule. I could revisit some of the ones we've been to before but I don't want it to get repetitive. With that said, we do have some places to go to soon. There's a WW2 Destroyer that's supposed to be haunted and we are going there. Also, I found an abandoned shack in the woods earlier this year that's supposed to be connected with rituals but was waiting for cooler weather since trudging through the woods in the summer in the south is no fun. So I do have some places on the agenda, hopefully soon. Thanks for watching!
