Yes , I plate the food in the kitchen and pass to the dietary aides .

I change my gloves when switching from lets say cooked to fresh , vise versa also before I start plating .

at some point I was , but usually we have three cooks per day for lunch and supper in both kitchens but I cook supper so it was just me cooking supper .
