You know Hollow, I’m glad you’re transparent and open with us. Because it’s relatable. I worked a call center too before. Thank God I’m now doing what I love. And I’m glad that you’re able to have fun doing what you do and provide for your family. Whenever I watch your videos and see you laugh and having fun, and joking, I thank God that you’re in the position you are in, because I know how the past must have been.. and I know you’re grateful.. Yeah I worked at a call center for about a month when I was living in NJ. He's right it's like one of the WORST jobs. Every body in there was either on drugs. Just got out of jail. Was/is/are a criminal of some kind. You literally only got a lunch and a couple bathroom breaks. The toilet was chained to the ground because people I guess were doing dead drops inside the toilet water chamber. So they had to bolt the toilet to the ground. On top of that the insurance we were selling was basically a scammy terrible product. So the vast majority of people would hang up immediately. The software used to call was terrible and would automatically start calling the next person once one call ended. So you couldn't get a breather in-between calls just right on to the next one. You had a quota too. They wanted you to say exactly what was on the script.. They didn't want you to actually switch it up or try to make it feel more human. Just basically brute force through the script where they would hang up literally after the 3rd line every time unless they were old and confused. Which I think is the target market for these type of companies. Very scummy. I hated that job. Worst job I ever had.

As someone who also briefly worked at a call center, I can attest what a crappy industry it is. To this day it was the only job that made me cry on the spot. Besides people being mean, it was also too stressful and not the type of industry I could see myself in long term. Quit that job as soon as I could, was not worth it. So good for you Hollow, now you get to work your dream job playing games for us to watch! :)

That’s horrible. T-Mobile should be ashamed of themselves. Sorry you had to do that because they couldn’t give you proper bathroom time or let you use it as you needed to. As a call center advisor.. it’s really hard work to please people if you’re an introvert.. you’re forced to make them happy while at the same time abiding with company policy. Gives me a lot of anxiety when customers become rude when they’re forcing soemthing that’s not feasible.

DUDE! Ok, so I know I’m aging myself by saying this, but the end of that game is 100% inspired by the 1986 movie “Troll.” I know this because I have watched that movie more times than I can count; but, even if you haven’t heard of it, you have definitely heard about the sequel “Troll 2” (which actually has nothing to do with the first movie and is about goblins). Anywho, “Troll 2” is one of those cult classics that is also one of the worst movies ever made and is where the meme of the blonde guy in glasses saying “Oh my god!” comes from. If you want to see what I’m talking about when I say it is inspired by that movie, type “Troll (4/10) Movie CLIP - The Music of the Monsters (1986) HD” in the search field.
@embeetoast22119 ай бұрын
Oh that movie traumatized me. Both of them. So is that girl supposed to be the nymph played by Julia Louis Dreyfus?
@TheHookBoy9 ай бұрын
@@embeetoast2211 Yep, that’s her! It also has Sonny Bono in it. “Troll” never bothered me, but I was raised on horror movies so that’s probably why. Hell, my first memory is the boiler room scene in “Nightmare on Elm Street.” I can understand where the first movie could traumatize you, but the second movie? Ugh, that movie is such a flaming pile of trash…it’s great. 🤣 Yeah, I like crappy B movies. 😂

Man describes being hypnotized into a tunnel. Hollow: It would have been between gophers and moles. It would have been moles then. I don't think those were moles 😅
@wraithkeegan57929 ай бұрын
I've seen gameplays from several other people, and yes, i can confirm that it is indeed moles, since Hank doesn't call back after you've selected that. Also, there is a mention of "the ones beneath the soil" or something similar on the mole entry, so those would be the things that took Hank when you guess wrong. Most people don't seem to notice that detail, though, it seems like.
@WrenBird4499 ай бұрын
@@wraithkeegan5792 Yup! It's assumed that the Fey spirits (of which Carol and we turn out to be) dragged him down for upsetting the moles. Those spirits are considered the ones beneath the soil, which is why we descend deep into the earth when we are "promoted" to jr supervisor
