Erika's position is to lead the section of the business that helps clients implement and run their new technology, either teaching them how to run it, or operating it indefinitely.
Erika talked about how her skills didn't exactly match the position before working at Cultivatd, but it was her willingness to apply anyways and openness to learn that has brought her here today.
Erika is now VP of Operations at Cultivatd.
