My name is Lexi Hafften. I'm an IT Senior Business Analyst with MNIT, partnering with the Department of Education.
The reason I like working with MNIT is that every day has a lot of variety. There's no two things I'm doing that are always the same. I love working with people in the business and also with our development teams, QA, and all of the different people on the IT side.
I love to see really diverse teams come together and create solutions that are not quite what everyone expected in the beginning, but are exactly what everybody needed at the end of the project.
