Working during War: Inside the Struggles and Triumphs of Lemberg Solutions Ukraine

Roy Vikovych of Lemberg Solutions shared during the Open Social Summit 2023 about the challenges and adaptations they've had to make due to the war in Ukraine. Despite the struggles, the company has managed to grow its team and retain its clients. To mitigate the challenges brought about by the war, the company launched a relocation program for its employees and installed generators and Starlink terminals in their offices to ensure stable power and internet connections. Amid the tough conditions, the employees found stability in their work and showed solidarity through various fundraising initiatives. The presentation demonstrated Lemberg Solutions' resiliency and commitment in navigating the difficulties of operating in a war-torn environment.
