I didn't know they existed until a guy from another state sent them to check out my S2000 before he bought it. Since then, I used them twice back when I was shopping for a Viper and they definitely spared me from some headaches. I learned not everyone has the same definition of "excellent condition". I'd never buy a car I couldn't see in person without using Lemon Squad or some service like it now.

Same here. I know some people say that had hit or miss experiences with them, but I feel you request certain info and photo, you can learn a lot about a car.
