I watched 2 different videos of old udon makers and they couldn't stand up straight. They stayed bent over! After seeing this guy and him being hunched over to make the udon i can see why the old ppl were in thats state... I hope he finds a better system that doesn't keep him hunched over

もし本当は既に結構しんどいとか、 無理してやってるのであれば少しでも 休む時間は確実に取られて こちらでの食事を楽しみにされている方々が末長く楽しんでそれを見てきっと嬉しくなるご主人も少しでも長く続けられるように、今の生活スタイルは出来る事ならやめた方が良いと思いました。 実際そうして無理をした事がたたって 身体を壊して早期に亡くなられた方を身内に持っているからです。 まぁ、本人は寝ているのは耐えられなくてうどんに向き合ってる方が安心するから、外野にどう言われてもやりたい事をこれからも続けられるのでしょうけど ご自愛下さい。

あら？ 別のアカウントの大将のお店なのかなぁ～って、思っちゃいました。 ちなみに、仕込みなど精魂込めると、睡眠３時間とかは、あると思うのよね。。。でも、長くは続かないよ、って、ヨケーナお世話。ね、個人差あるとは言っても、もう少しからだをやすめる方法工夫できるほうが、よいかもよ。 根拠あったかよく読み込めなかったけど、睡眠不足はいわゆるジャンクフードを多く食べたくなる傾向だという論文は読んだことが、あります。 たしかに疲れが回復出来ないマンマ、睡眠不足が無意識に？？そうなると、消費エネルギーに対して、なんか、疲労をカバーしよう！って、食べるエネルギー補充しようと、するのもなんか納得だし、ちょっと濃いめの味を多めに食べたくなりがちなのも。。。。 ね。大切になさらないと、おからだ。ごかそいらっしゃるお若いひとたちって、特に。 たしかにね。。。。追い込まなきゃならない時って、無いとは言えないのも、なんか。。。理解共感はできるのですけど。 それにしても 居抜きでしたか。。。。
