I've been dying to play the 1.6 update of Stardew Valley, so I figure it'd be fun to build together! Will be adding multiple shorter streams so we can make some decent progress on the farm and plathrough.

Trying to keep positive vibes going but I totally agree with you on all the CS2 content being way overpriced for the current state of the game and I really hope just like everyone else that the devs stop being greedy and open their eyes and fix their mistakes. I agree that the game has a lot of opportunity for the future but right now for what we get it is not in a great state. You do what makes you happy because any content you put out is great 😁 This was a good way to change things up and show us some classic content!

I've played Stardew before and liked it, but tend to get obsessive about all the things I need to get done in time, so it's not that relaxing for me to play 😊. If you get to 2 hearts with Caroline, Pierre's wife, she'll give you the recipe for tea bush saplings. You can use those to plant a hedge that will work like a fence, to keep animals in, but will not deteriorate and let them escape. You still need gates and those need to be replaced regularly, but I was glad not to need that constant supply of wood and not to have animals escape when the fence breaks down. I'm bad at both fishing and fighting (slow reflexes) so I've never gotten far in the mine., and hope to pick up some tips from watching you.

I only watch the live streams later on, so it is a bit disappointing we are losing the pre amble as its just as enjoyable as the game play.

Speaking on the CS2 Mod discussion in the beginning of the stream, I had been using thunderstore ever since you talked about it and found an amazing little mod that added DLSS to the game, and it made my CS2 run SO much better... With AlphaDLSSEnabler and thunderstore i had been getting a good 50-140~ and it was somewhat stable in that range to the point where I could run the game at medium settings on a relatively large city... Flash forward to Beta PDX mods and AlphaDLSSEnabler isnt a thing there yet, and my pc can barely run the game on lowest of low settings on a brand new map getting constant hitching and 20-40 fps at best. So if PDX doesn't get a mod for DLSS or CO doesn't implement DLSS i probably can never play the game again. Thank goodness I'm playing it through gamepass.

I strongly believe that you have to wear Hawaiian style shirts (similar to this in the vid) every time we see you on screen. buy 50 different and change them every time!

phil, in germany dsl is still a big thing. Many households arent getting more than 16mbit/s. The max amount you can get here is 1gbit/s right now and costs around 60 Euro each months. Many areas here are having 8mbit or less... so america could be happy with fiber in many places :D
