Horses love to be outside, I agree with you. In your retirement video, people ruin a good horse 🐎 by locking them in stalls and coddling them. They rather be outside 24 7 , with they're herd then locked in a stall. I came from the 1970 and dealing with horses 🐎 and I laugh at some of these weirdo owners nowadays 🤣 😅😅😅😅😅😅

In my practice I see many horses that have developed insulin resistance from too many calories and too sedentary, just like Type 2 diabetes in people. I grew up in the 60s and 70sand even in the 80s horses were ridden/worked regularly and sufficiently. They need that for good health just like people. Wild horses move almost constantly.It's how horses evolved. Outside, moving.

There is no need to. Because we don't clear cut but select cut, there are always young trees near the ones we cut that will now benefit from more sunlight and nutrients to be able to thrive and grow.
