Hi my self ramya i recently got an offer letter frm L and T I assigned as L and T construction minerals and metals SGB in Chennai,some people are saying that only one weak we need to be in Chennai for orientation purpos again they will shift to another location for 12 months training can you please give an information about this how the tranning process will be.

The 12-month training program, which starts on the day of joining, will include a week-long orientation in Chennai. Following that, you could be transferred to any other Minerals & Metal SBG location, remain at the Chennai headquarters, or be transferred to the Kolkata headquarters.
