Hi @FullDisclosure team loved the content and was completely and insightful video journey Now I have an request or favour if an give me an opinion if I was wrong or correct I gain overall 3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance domain inwhich 2.6 in AP & 6m in AR so I got interviewed by 2 companies 2 days back and I said 5.5 - 6.5 LPA for 1 company and 5.5-6 for another ,I just went through the salary research online and said this number but insisted to tell hr about the budget before i give my answer but both didn't utter a singler work and was really asked me to start the number so just wanted to know if I was correct in my number range or should I ask for more cuz before this I had really low number in my mind like 4-4.5 but later after research came to 5.5 ,please anyone from public also the team requesting to advice me on this And also didn't got 2nd call waiting for response which is giving me an chills because not sure wat is there decision both hr was positive and told will contact soon one said will call in one day but it is been 2 days So just curios if iam still in this hiring list ,or shld just simply call and check on the update ?

This video about negotiations is very will explained. I am an HR myself and honestly getting a full disclosure during negotiations in India is definitely a tough job. There is too much pressure from the Management to close the candidates within the budget. (This goes to all the companies which are not yet profitable or at break even point) #harshreality

Is this a movie or a watch-and-learn video? 🤔 I usually don’t know much about salary structures since I work under a fixed gross salary, but I couldn’t resist pausing to watch this.
