not really, behind every 10 diversity hires is a 40s or 50s something white guy with 20+ years experience who's too busy to be in the videos. this is exactly how its like at my job

and behind this army of white and asian dudes there are women who weren't hired because "they might get pregnant" or women who weren't promoted because they were either "too polite to be a leader" or "too bossy to be liked" or women who have been sexually harassed by senior staff but cant do anything otherwise they might be fired, or for centuries how if there was a man and a woman with the same skills, it was the man who was hired. You see a woman, especially a woman of colour, and think they're a diversity hire, ignoring the fact that they have to work harder to be acknowledged, let alone even have the opportunity to pursue an education and a career.
