Working in Kent - venetian plaster and textured walls

which one do you prefer ? we work all over the uk even though we are from Manchester we don't mind the travel. we had two walls to complete here and a little bit more background work than we expected.

How do you help the customer decide what colors or designs they want? Do you have demos or do they just select colors and give you free reign?
