Thanks for sharing Matt. Same up here in Rhode island with the farmland disappearing to developers. Worse part is, the houses are 20 feet apart with zero trees or any privacy. But people are "standing in line" to buy them for $300,000 plus.

I hear you "loud and clear" Matt. My younger brother lives in Roswell, Georgia in a $600,000 mansion. Houses 30 feet apart. Deveolpment group say no boats, no campers, no RV's in the driveway at any time. And don't even think about about a fire pit or shooting a BB gun in the backyard!

I live in one of those cookie cutters down here in Texas. I think my house is bigger than my yard. I hate it. I wanna move terrible bad. Although my neighbors are within peeing distance, we do have a few trees. They're only about 10 years old so they're not very big.
