Working Mercedes Benz G-63 AMG 6x6 Model, With CRAWL MODE and CRUISE CONTROL

After having my first taste of 6x6 Rock Crawling last week with the all New Cross RC NT6, I had to get something to compare it to… And what better than the Flagship of 6x6 Crawlers, the mighty Traxxas TRX6 in the form of the outstanding Mercedes Benz G-63 AMG 6x6
Tag along as I peel the plastic from this new rig and discover some of the new features and compare to the NT6, the Transmitter may look relatively simple to operate but there is a maze of hidden features and tuning options available with just a press of a button. I don’t cover everything here, just the basics of setting up “Crawl Mode” and figuring out “Cruise Control”

Nice purchase these are a league of there own expensive though the stock tyre's are actually really good I've been blown away by some of the climbs this thing pulls off I'm really interested to see how the NT6 stacks up against it price is a huge factor between the two in Australia these are double the price of the NT6 keen to see the test run 👊

That’s my issue, there was NOTHING on the NT6 to suggest it was in any way “budget” (other than the 1060 esc) but even that performed perfectly, although I do prefer something with FOC. But for not much money I could have a Fusion system fitted 🤷‍♂️ The Traxxas will have to blow my mind for me to recommend it over the Cross RC… Hopefully get out this weekend to see how it gets on, I’m not expecting much of a surprise

Oddly enough this is exactly the direction I've headed atm aswell my trx4 is heavily modified worth way more than I'd care to admit and would not out perform the new NT4 for the life of it my Trx6 is a beast but again a ton of money if you spend on mods what you save buying the cross rc there's no comparison cross rc deserve a lot more attention the NT4 is the first I've owned or on my channel I'm so impressed with it

Great video as usual. Do you have a video of how you did the steering wheel on transmitter. I have a few transmitters that would benifit from that.

lol, it’s so simple it’s stupid 🤦‍♂️ If you watch the very end I explain what I do.. I just slip on a second wheel foam and it’s a perfect fit to squeeze an old 1/10th rear buggy wheel over it. I keep forgetting to order a 3D printed extension you can swap to any TX. But this works, it’s handy and I’ve used it for years..🤣
