Main ingredient hota hai jaise ki paneer, iski gramage fix karte hain hum. For example mere half portion mein 220gm paneer jaata hai.... Uske pieces kitne karne hain aap decide kar lo. Jaise ki mai 8 pieces kar leti hoon. Aap customer ke demand ke hisaab se zada bhi kar sakte ho. Par gramage fix hoti hai. Toh meri suggestion hai ki ek chota sa weighing scale kitchen mein zarur hona chahiye. Rahi costing ki baat.... Toh andaaze se paneer jitne ka lag raha hai aapki dish ka kam se kam 4 to 5 times rate hona chahiye.
