Sometimes units are fairly straightforward and sometimes you do your best at testing and there's still something wrong. I'll call the customer today and if they give me the go ahead, I'll probably make another video.

Electric fence chargers are usually fairly easy to fix. It's usually a pulsed transformer being driven with a sidac or misfet that dumps a capacitor into it.
