I'm gonna change out my left side crank seal this week so I can race at ama vintage days on my 73 ts 185. I always buy these and sell em to my friends , then I send em your way to watch the videos. Thanks for making the videos for all my bikes

Good idea using cardboard for the screws Kevin I normally use 2" thick polystyrene pieces as it is perfect for all screw lengths.

I’m back with another question re the clutch not engaging... On my TS125 when you take the chain cog cover off and the left side engine cover off there is the clutch cable assembly that is attached to the engine case. When you pull the clutch lever a little mechanism twists and pushes against a metal rod that goes into the the engine and I presume somehow engages the clutch. The little metal rod comes out and is very easily removable only passes through a little rubber gasket thing. Is it potentially just an adjustable issue with the lever not pushing the rod far enough in? The rod pushes through and slots in but I don’t think it moves after being slotted as I am unable to move it by hand once doing this. Is it meant to move when the clutch lever is depressed and should I be able to push it further in by hand? Just though it was worth an ask before I start to pull the right side engine cover/clutch cover off. Thank you!

My TS125 gear oil ends up in the crankcase. I had the clutch side seal replaced but this didn't solve the problem. Any ideas?

Hi sir, i have a ts125 from 97. İ think right seal on my motorcycle is bad because it smokes too much. So I want to try put seal outside of crank case, between crank bearing and crank gear. What do you think about this solution ? I dont want to split to case because engine is running fine and i dont have any parts available in my country . Thank you from Turkey
