Would be awsome to maybe leave some of the walls at the front of the platform hollow inbetween the arches and maybe add a subway station under the raised tables, loving the city progress❤

The retaining wall should go the art shop of the boutique hotel, than transition is the rock where the dumpster is. (Left of the bridge). Love the right side as it is.

Looks great you’re definitely gong in the right direction. The walls need some greebling or vines.
