Sorry all...super busy here lately with family health issues.
Not the most exciting video...hopefully I can start uploading more frequently.
We're back at the Cumberland Mall in Atlanta, Georgia but this time in 1997.
We're also inside Mori Luggage & Gifts.
Let's see how salesman Herb does at pushing the rather expensive luggage.
This video last around 7 minutes.

He’s a good sales floor guy but he’s not a closer. Can’t sell them what you don’t have Herb. No point in going in for the up sale until you find out the need behind the need. Even so, it’s been a long time since I’ve encountered customer service like that. An era long gone now.

A little bit of research, and I found Herb online. His name is Herb Johnston, he lives in Cummings, Georgia still. His Linkedin profile states he is or was VP at Mori's Luggage and Gifts. He's still alive and looks very happy, especially around this 4th of July!

I worked at a New Jersey mall in 1999 as an on-call worker at Stern's. This was around when they were starting to get rid of full time salespeople in favor if hiring part-timers or on-call college kids like myself. They always put me in different departments so i never learned anything about the products. Now you're lucky if you can find any salespeople at all.

I once read Whitley Streiber's alien account in "Communion" and I still believe every word of it. However, I made the mistake of reading his next book "Transformation" in which he described, I shit you not, seeing 2 grey Aliens in Waldenbooks at the Mall, passing a copy of Communion to each other, reading it aloud, pointing and laughing during several pages. So, I like to believe it was those 2 grey Aliens that went undetected in Waldenbooks by everyone else but Streiber, that collected all the footage on this channel for study and research of human habits in shopping areas.
