Hey Spencer! I just want to tell you how brave you are posting this. That takes a ton of courage to do what you just did. I am so sorry that you are going through this. I have been there before and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.. You are so valid for feeling this way. I just want you to know that me and Dallin have always thought of you as a really great friend! You mean a lot to us and we want you to know that we are here for you anytime! And we mean it! Again, I’m so sorry you’re going through this but if I can tell you one thing, it does get better. I can say that I cried all the way through this video. I understand your depression more than I like. It is all too real for me. Your friends and family love you and care very deeply for you. Any of us would do anything for you. Lean on them during this time. Let them help you. It’s your turn. I love you son.
