What do you think about freelancing or soloprenourship to skill up and rebuild confidence? Any thoughts? I also have M.E. (mild version of it)

I'm a freelancer/sole trader myself and I'd say there are definitely pros and cons! At the moment the flexibility makes it the best choice for me pacing-wise but I do really feel the lack of sick leave/annual leave and it's often work-life balance that takes the hit in order to earn a decent living wage. I keep meaning to do a video on this as the pros and cons will feel different for everybody, thank you for the reminder! And thank you for watching!

Omg the reduced hours thing, Pippa!😅 yes! Part time is not accessible for me in any way, paha. It’s something that you never ever see advertised (especially in the SLT world) and is definitely something I always have to ask specifically for, such a vulnerable ask - but I think it gives a good look at how flexible and supportive a prospective employer can be.
