In this video you will learn how to work with Configuration packages (the main component of the Rapid Start functionality), which are one of the primary methods for importing and exporting data from any given company.
Please comment with suggestions for improvements, and what content you'd like to see next on this channel. The goal is to create a sort of online training library, which will eventually cover every functionality in the system. So, if you have preferences what to be covered next, vote with your comment, and I'll do my best to comply.
Don't forget to subscribe and click the notification bell, so you don't miss the next video - I'm planning to release at least one of these per week.
If you'd like to schedule a personal appointment for consultation on your specific scenario, don't hesitate to contact me at: s.nedelchev@isystems.bg or training@isystems.bg

Congratulations for the great presentation. It helped me a lot. There are a few tables that are not mapped in connection to Item table like: Dimensions, Alternative units of measures, Substitutions, etc. How would you handle those? Is there a way to include these tables in the package?

Glad to hear this is being useful :-) Unfortunately inserting the tables you mentioned and any other ones not automatically included when using the Get Related Tables function would require manually adding them one by one. The good news is that once you do that in one DB you can then easily export that package and import it in another DB and use as template. If you are exporting data, then there is one alternative - using the Configuration Worksheet, however that would only allow you to show all tables containing data, so still related to Item table there would be manual work.
