Thank you for putting up this video. I just started my career as a foster care case manager (2 weeks now) and then one of my carer passed away. I have organised a meeting with the husband next week but I was just browsing for some extra info. Thank you for making an effor uploading these video. Great stuff. All the best :).

Wow. Is there any area of life with its anxieties that you haven't touched? You really have a depth of knowledge.

Hi Jasmine, I am a graduate student interning at a hospice and palliative care agency. I have to facilitate support groups for caregivers. I am pretty shy and anxious when I talk to clients and/or their families..and I have clients that prefer me to talk more than them sharing their what they are going through..how can I overcome my anxiety when communicating with clients?

nessa verne that will come from practice. Use lots of group activities to take attention away from u as well. U will learn to manage better once u get to know the attendees as well. So try small talk individually with attendees before group commences. Hope this helps x
