I had stumbled upon the term “Alexathymia“, which is the inability for a person to articulate their feelings. They have feelings within, but struggle to articulate emotions outwardly to others. Would you mind commenting on your thoughts about how Alexiathymia plays into avoidant attachment, and whether you think its definition is relevant in treating avoidant attached clients? Thank you

Would you be so gracious to distinguish between the avoidant and the schizoid and how these disorders relate to high functioning autism if any correlation. THANK YOU 💛💛💛

The avoidant client will have a Schizoid process .I am not sure if much written with regards to Autism and the Schizoid process.

@@BobCooke AVPD is often diagnosed as CPTSD. AVPD individuals are looking at people pleasing to get validation for the fear of rejection.
