Jim and Brenda, a wonderful video today. It's amazing what an experienced horse logger and a great team of young horses can accomplish . Earl is coming into his own working along side Baron ( who is pushing probably 60 % of the load of the 680 Board Ft of logs.) I really appreciate your plan to build up Duke working him with his new buddy Bill. A great load of fresh harvested logs delivered to the Amish Saw Mill

Any suggestions on a horse that stands quietly until he hears the chain noise. Then he starts to paw but not moving. When I take the reigns, he quietly stands until I ask him to start.
