I did yoga this morning, and wanted a little extra lower body conditioning. Well I tried this free video to see if I might want to download the App. I really like you and your style, but could I actually do a full class if I felt a serious burn after just eight minutes? Would I be able to follow a whole class, hope you can answer me?
