I like how her coach is telling her to relax and just keep the rhythm. She's not even trying to force the run just taking it easy.

N00BST4R for me I think I can take that as I run a 23:25mins 5K(I know its super slow)Just took up running as a hobby 3 months ago.Still researching about running facts.....
