I just want to say you rock Christine. My husband and I are active, not as "Goal Worthy" as you and Dave, but I walk 3 to 4 miles a day, and do simple strength training at home, and my husband runs 3 or 4 times a week. He will be 50 this year, and I will be 47. We already have grandchildren, and it is so important to be able to try and keep up with them ,for sure! I love your fitness videos! Your budget friendly cooking is really on point as well. Thank you for sharing all that you do!

What impresses me the most about you and Dave, is that your own personal journeys into health, wellness, spirituality, financial acumen, and overall happiness, will most likely influence your four children for the better. Raising four healthy, educated, curious, fearless, and spiritual fit individuals is the best, most rewarding end result...I'd imagine!

You are so inspiring! I’ve been working from home since the pandemic started and I’ve been able to lose a full dress size by staying active everyday. I tell myself that even if I walk for 30 minutes (15 away from my house and 15 back) that that is enough. I typically do 4 hikes a week and 3 walks. I spend so much time commuting usually that it’s been nice to have time to myself.

I have been working out between 1-2 hours a day myself, mostly running and/or walking with some strength training a few times a week. I am definitely going to save up for that scale! Tuesday it was so humid outside that I ended up doing my workout inside the next day because it wore me out and our gyms are still closed here! It's looking like they're not going to open for about 6 more months. I’m in my 40s so I want to keep my health and mobility up.

I go to TRX classes 2-3 times a week and love it! They sold some of their used straps super cheap at the start of lockdown so now I have one at home too. One thing I've learned with TRX (you may already know) is that if you're not feeling a stretch or move, if you adjust both your foot position (to change your balance) and move either further or closer towards the anchor point (depending on which way you're facing) that will change the difficulty of the stretch/move. Apologies if that was something obvious.

We laughed so hard because we looked like newbies. People were laughing with us or maybe at us! Kids would fly by us like it was nothing. It was fun! In the last week I've placed several orders for athletic clothing that's a bit bigger than I work out in (I do crossfit type workouts, so I get my clothes tight so they stay on 😆). I'm a stay at home homeschool mom (even before 2020) and I prefer to be comfortable and take lots of walks or bike rides during the school day. Now my 'regular' clothes can be suited for activity during the day and I don't have to feel like I have to change into workout clothes.

When I initially started it hurt so much I wanted to cry. I forced myself to do it every night and now I can stand on the lacrosse ball. I think it could possibly help with your plantar fasciitis.

Hey Christine. Thanks so much for the great video!!😊🙏🙏🙏🎉 I had a general question. At what BMI, your running performance is at best? I know you adjust your weight during race season. Thanks so much in advance.🙏🙏🙏

BMI is not my favorite indicator, because my muscle mass goes up and down as well. I feel very strong and fast between 122-127 pounds at 5'6". Ideally on the lower end of that range for a race but I haven't seen that # in about 2 years. That's more like marathon training. But to answer your question, my current BMI is 20.7

Regarding the plantar fasciitis: I had that problem several years ago. I bought "heal seats" from heelthatpain.com. I would encourage you to check out the website, although their products are also available on Amazon. I had severe pain until I found them. I had less pain almost immediately and found after a period of time that I no longer needed them. I gave a pair to a co-worker who came in on crutches, having been to the ER about it. He had no further problem after he started using them.
