You are everything I love about working out and THANK YOU for doing lower body floorwork!!!! It is AMAZINGLY effective and you can get ALOT done in a shirt amount of time and for those of us with knee issues, it is oftentimes the only way to effectively work our lower body. You do the BEST lower body floorwork, the BEST. Short, sweet, effective!!!!!! You are my GO TO❤

I actually cannot thank u enough I always had a problem with working out my gluteus medius and I was always never able to feel it no matter how much I do, and it led to my butt looking bad because my Maximus was more built than the gluteus medius! And this workout made me feel the burn on my medius it so much and I’m so happy, ima do this video workout two times a week with my glute/ leg days 🫶🏼

Gluteus medius is not the right muscle name It should be Vastus lateralis

No it shouldn't, we are performing a lot of hip abduction movements which requires the glutes. The primary hip abductor muscles include the gluteus medius, gluteus minimus, and tensor fasciae latae; the piriformis, sartorius, and superior fibers of the gluteus maximus are considered secondary hip abductors. The vastus lateralis is a muscle located on the lateral, or outside, part of your thigh. The muscle is one of the four quadriceps muscles and is the largest muscle of that group. The function of the vastus laterails is to work with the other quad muscles to help extend your knee joint.
