Is a way of thinking here Terry, WRC is nearly like the DPP on if to continue with a case, then LC is like going internal to get that internal support to push it. I'd say the client is worried about how much money its costing them also.

Ahhh - you started off so well ............ and then what did that poor porridge do to you to be murdered like that?!?!?!?! 😆 My only contact with the WRC people was to ask about the early mediation and that got the person that I was asking about fired when he put in a request with the shockingly bad employers 😪

If you were to appeal the outcome, would that process allow you to convey the aspects of the hearing you believed were unjust? If so, does the other side or the adjudicator have an opportunity to object to the basis of your appeal? I ask because if an adjudicator has their decisions consistently appealed, does that open them up to review on the basis of actual or perceived bias?

Yes, if we appeal it will be a hearing de novo-that is, from scratch. No, we are entitled to appeal the decision as a matter of law. I do not know how the WRC operate with respect to adjudicators, or the decisions they make.

I don't make my porridge with water, I use milk.😃 I like it that way 😉

I use 3 scoops that the porridge ppl give you. Not sure what was the second ingredient thrown into the porridge? And I make it in water. Then a bit cream when it’s cooked. 😂
