We have a saying here if someone is a smart arse that they've got too big for their britches. Not sure what it means when their britches have got too big for them, probably just a cute arse. Lucky you have all that snow there seeing as the wheel has fallen off your wheelbarrow eh. Your shed is coming along amazing, must be such a help to have somewhere nice and dry to work out of the snow. I was pleased to see you eventually used the steps to get up and down off the work bench, good girl. Your place goes through major changes as each new season comes along but no matter what time of year your property always looks absolutely spectacular. Come back next week please.👍👍👍

Good morning Biata I have noticed that you have failed so many trees on your property. I just wondering if you have thought about having someone come out with a portable sawmill and possibly mill you some lumber out of them. I think it would be so cool to build your house out of the lumber that you can get out of the tree’s that you have taken down. I hope you and your family have a great week and can’t wait until the next video is uploaded.

Hi Bill! I feel like this would be really Cool for some finishing work in our home! We can’t mill the wood to stick frame our home because each piece would have to have an engineered stamp. But some of these logs are so cool!

When you place a ladder for use make sure the angle is not beyond safe limit otherwise it may slide down the wall and injure you…also it may break with anyone’s weight. Use spirit level on sticker to ensure angle is correct. If angle is too sharp you could fall backwards, HTH.

When we built our last house before starting I purchased a used skid steer. Not only did it come in handy for grading but also for lifting materials, as a 2nd hand for holding one end of beams and walls, as a snow plow and transport from the road when material deliveries could not or would not come up the driveway. The monthly payment plan was about $125 which is cheaper than a rental and after we complete the house depreciation was about $1000. It is something you might want to look into.
