Workshop Services: The Weinig 6 head Moulder, Profiler

Here's Ian in the machine workshop showing us the Weinig Powermat 700, big sister to our older Powermat 500.
These two machines are superb moulders, engineered to machine all 4 sides of the timber in one run using 6 or more cutters or blades. They shape profiles for cladding, for flooring and decking, they're for architectural joinery profiles as well as furniture components.
We have a profile library of standard profiles and mouldings or if you're feeling creative why not design your own!
