I'm working through your design planning to make the same, however I'm noticing you have a similar problem as me. At 2:16 you can see the tenon corners on the right side (top in video) have sharp 90 degree angles whereas the left corners are rounded. In the following shot however at 2:23 all four corners are rounded, this is evidence when you are calculating center at 1:24, the 30mm square for the tenon goes off the edge of the material. Did you adjust the final size of the seat mortise and leg tenon to adjust for the newly rounded corners? Thank you.

Hello, I did not adjust the corners. You can only make the cones 20mm high so that they are fully developed again. Then you would have to set the center to X26.1 mm.

Vielen dank, ein super Projekt. Ich bin gerade dabei alles nach zu vollziehen und habe eine frage zu den zapfen an den Streben. Bei ca. 6:10 sagst du dass der zapfen auf 25,4 platziert wird. Fehlen da nich die 0,7 durch die 15° ? Also dann 26,1mm? Vielen dank und schöne Feiertage.

Ich benutze „ trigonometrie Hilfe „ für den Mac. Es gibt aber sehr viele kostenlose Apps auch für Windows Rechner. Einfach mal nach Trigonometrie suchen lassen. Da findest du die eine oder andere App. Grüße 🖖
