WORKSHOP | Verizon Innovative Learning Lab - Austyn Hardie & Maggie Mills

This workshop from g4c2023 includes Current Studios and Arizona State University as they feature the Verizon Innovative Learning Lab Online application. Learn how augmented reality is being used as a tool designed to enhance student learning across a variety of core and STEM-related subject areas in the K12 space. Participants will leave this session with in-depth knowledge of how gamified learning experiences can enhance hard-to-grasp subjects, while the use of AR as a learning medium can engage even some of the most disconnected student populations. Included within this workshop will also be access to a variety of accompanying resources to better embed this type of learning into a classroom environment.
