i believe the issue with chairmen changing names (along with directors and other non-interactive staff members) is that, if they're inactive for a set amount of time, they're deleted and the game reallocates their ID number as a space-saving measure. so since duan xin left the club he's been deleted and replaced with koszma, who's probably actually the owner of another club somewhere p.s. glad you're feeling better king

if the players are 28 or older (and they want to stay in the game) you can send them on courses so when they retire they can get staff roles

This only works if the player is interested in becoming a coach. Otherwise, the club will reject your idea because they "don't think player X shows enough personal interest"

I've been doing my own Park to Prem version by taking over AFC Sudbury at lower leagues. Was relegated first year and climbed every year after. When I reached the final lower leagues and were about to embark upon my season in Vanarama League the fixtures for my new season doesnt show and my save game is what it looks like right now a dead savegame. I'm sad :( Anyone ever experienced this?

Would have been nice to have gone back to Fc Manchester as directer as football after Palace, just to manage the contracts, transfers and let the coaches manage the team. Could sim to the transfer windows and just update us every 6 months in game.
