In few scenarios more RAM helps to push the FPS....but meanwhile wattage push is restricted so quality mismatch can be there....but that's negligible.....rest average TGP utilization is 90 to 100 W......so u see most of that part itself.....rest having more wattage have many other advantages than Gaming only
