Yeah, it wasn't really a reverse sear. He also didn't use the rubs Darian suggested. I do like the combo Rackley used, but with the Texas Beef he would have had some sugar that would have really helped that char flavor...

Thank you guys for another super fun video to watch...and yes it was funny like everyone else chiming in, mr. Miyagi teaches lfg the masters ways...where as lunkers uses his tried and true cast iron pan sear, even like any other steak master he compensated for steak thickness.....(lunker!...really wanna take it up a few notches, while your seasoning your steak, in a bowl 1 stick softened unsalted butter, 1 tsp. Onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp, fresh rosemary, and chopped basil, mix, spoon out unto saran wrap, roll into log, put in freezer,), when your pan seared steak is rested place 2 Pats of your herb butter, and let melt unto the meat....bam! Hands down lunker will have it 10 outa 10...thanks again guys was great watching
