I saw ur reply to a dude asking ur training regiment u said on peak u train jiu jitsu 1 and half hour 5 days a week but most of these moves are mainly used in judo and sambo is 80% standup grappling 20% ground same thing with judo but jiu jitsu is opposite so why do u do jiu jitsu for sambo instead of judo

It’s because I have trained Judo for 13yrs of my life so the biggest hole in my game when switching to Sambo was leg locks. I also plan to fight mma so I need to work on my no gi. It has also come down to BJJ being convenient. I’m gonna add 2-3 days of Sambo into my training though now that there is Sambo near me.
