Can someone pls explain why he mentioned mouse smoothing toggle or anything to do with mouse smoothing in general in the very first bit? I thought we don’t want smoothing.. like every fps supposed to have it off I thought?

That is generally true and the devs noticed this so they are implementing an in game setting to turn it off in season 1 update. Which makes changing your other settings easier since you dont have to make your game files ''read only'' anymore.

Why is the healing so low?

Out of all the supports, Adam gets the least heals. His E doesn’t give healing overtime and has a cooldown and his SHIFT gives healing overtime but has a huge cooldown and should be used sparingly. Also his ult technically doesn’t heal at all. Not to say Adam is a bad healer though, he is still really valuable as a support

Goodjob but you really need to activate your shift more/earlier! Multiple times you could have gave it to a few team mates before you died, or gave you the damage reduction needed to get away to your team.
