9 drinks in 3 minutes don't joke about that If your free pouring then no chance in doing 9 drinks in that time Free pouring you count in your head I'm a cocktail bartender in training and we have to make 5 cocktails(different either shake,dry shake, build,shake and dry shake etc )a bottle beer and wine in 5 mins or less A previous bar I worked at before being transferred we were 5 rows deep at the bar . The bar had 12 stations and our second bar on the side had 8 stations Are most popular was porn stars and zombies Our zombie had 10 ingredients in separate bottles And tickets you just whack out the small orders first say 8 small orders of the same drink or the easy made drinks then do the longest or hard drinks after I spent 4 months learning my first 25 cocktails during the virus table service Each bartender had to do 10 tickets at a time without any help The beer and spirits and mixers were far worse than the cocktails Get a load of beer orders and your pretty much fucked
